We offer free ground shipping on all domestic orders. We ship Mon-Fri and we do our best to fulfill your order within 1-3 business days, but keep in mind we are a small team of two, working full time jobs, not Amazon! :) Sometimes it might be a bit longer. A tracking number will be emailed when your order is processed for shipping. Please email us at heytio@tiolee.com if you have any special shipping requests or needs.

International Shipping Rates:

International shipping rates are calculated at check out. Transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination country and shipping method. Please refer to the estimates when you select your shipping option.

International shipments may be subject to import tax upon arrival at their destination. Buyer will be responsible for import duties, fees and taxes upon delivery of your international order. We suggest contacting your local customs office for additional information on these charges.
