Re: Your Personal Information

When you purchase product from our site, we store the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you visit our site, we automatically receive your IP address. This information helps us optimize and improve your online shopping experience, based on your browser and operating system. Our website is hosted on Shopify Inc. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you have give permission ("signed up"), we may send you emails about new products, our website and other updates that we think you would want to know about.

Re: Your Consent

By giving us your personal information to complete a transaction (e.g. credit card, address, etc), it is implied that you consent to our collecting it and using it, for the specific purpose of billing and fulfilling the order, placed at that time, and nothing else.

If we intend to collect your personal information for marketing, convenience or other communication purposes, we will ask for it explicitly and provide the opportunity to opt out. We will verify your request by asking you to provide information that matches information we have on file about you. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. This generally means we will not deny you goods or services, charge different prices or rates, provide a different level of service or quality of goods, or suggest that you might receive a different price or level of quality for goods. Please know, if you ask us to delete or stop selling your data, it may impact your experience with us, and you may not be able to participate in certain programs or membership services which require usage of your personal information to function.
