Brooklyn to Alaska is a labor of love, started by outdoor enthusiast Sam Gregory. Since 2008, Sam has been organizing trips to Alaska for Brooklyn teens who would otherwise have little to no opportunity to experience the wonder of the natural wilderness. During the trip they get the chance to climb glaciers, go whitewater rafting, meet grizzly bears, and learn to live off the land.
Over the last 13 years, Sam and the BK2AK team have helped foster lifelong bonds, inspire careers, and create unforgettable experiences. BK2AK and Tio Lee strongly believe that quality time spent outdoors can have a profound positive impact on one's outlook towards the world.
